David Tam

David Yuen Tam is the Chief Executive Officer of Grey Snow Companies, a wholly owned subsidiary of  the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska, chartered under tribal law.  David has extensive experience in tribal economic development, project management, and sustainable business development. The mission of Grey Snow is  to create sustainable profits for the tribe, while fostering job creation and community development.

Under his leadership, Grey Snow Management Solutions has diversified its portfolio of services to include construction, communications, technology, professional services, renewable energy, agriculture, and building intertribal relations around economic development. This expansion has helped the company enter the federal, non-federal, and inter-tribal marketplaces and is the first successful economic development entity for the tribe.
