Donnie Parish

Donnie Parish serves as the executive liaison between GDIT, IHS, and tribal leadership for the IHS Modernization program. Previously, he was CIO at Cherokee Nation Health Services for 15 years, overseeing all Health IT and Digital Health initiatives. Under his leadership, the division focused on improving performance, managing risk, and expanding patient care access. He directed capital planning, enterprise architecture, and information systems, collaborating across Cherokee Nation departments. Notably, Donnie led the implementation of an Oracle Health EHR system for the largest Native American healthcare system and supported Health Information Exchanges locally, state-wide, and nationally.
