Hilary Wright

Hilary Wright is a tribal member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe with over 20 years of experience working with tribal nations. She currently serves as the Sr. IT Manager for Warhorse Gaming, LLC, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., the award-winning economic development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Warhorse was the first tribally owned commercial casino to open in Nebraska. Before this position, Hilary worked for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska for over 20 years, serving as their IT Manager and then helping open their first casino, Prairie Flower in Carter Lake, IA in 2018. She became the Director of IT for Prairie Flower in 2019. Hilary has over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry handling IT operations for tribal government, healthcare, cyber security, and casino and sportsbook operations.
