About Phillip
Phillip Wastradowski is the Director of Infrastructure for ilani, a casino owned by the Cowlitz Tribe in southwest Washington. In this role, Phillip oversees the Systems, Network, DBA, Security, and Service Desk teams. He has been with ilani since before its opening in the spring of 2017.
Although Phillip began his career as an elementary school teacher, he has been in the IT field for over 25 years. Most of his experience was with a large outsourcing company focused on document scanning. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending his weekends on a Sporting Clay course in Washington or Oregon. While he doesn't claim to be particularly skilled, he usually hits at least half the targets.
Phillip has been attending the annual TribalNet conference since 2018 in Las Vegas and became a member of TribalHub in 2019.
