Bill Farr

Mr. Farr has over 30 years’ experience in management consulting, software development, government technology, c-level leadership and entrepreneurism.  Mr. Farr has co-authored 3 patents and founded 4 technology companies. As a CEO for over 20 years in running Defense companies, he founded the Tribal D, Inc. product line in 2015 helping tribes across the country in all facets of tribal governance with latest technologies.   Mr. Farr was educated at the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, at Washington University-St. Louis School of Engineering, (BSEE), and at National University (MBA).
