Brandy is a deeply experienced Technology and Analytics Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology & Services industry. She has held a number of operational roles over the past 12 years within the health information enterprise of the Muscogee Nation Department of Health. She is deeply skilled in Database Security, Data Migration, U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Data Warehousing, Federal, State and Tribal reporting and many other aspects of Healthcare Information Technology. She has extensive knowledge in the selection, implementation and support of 3rd party commercial electronic health records and other ancillary information systems. She holds a Masters of Science in Health Informatics from Grand Canyon University.
