About Carrie
Cybersecurity is not just about tools. It's about trust. Strong security respects sovereignty, supports people, and meets organizations where they are. The most meaningful work happens when complex concepts become practical decisions and security becomes a little more human along the way.
Carrie Randolph is a CISSP-certified cybersecurity leader who cares deeply about protecting the systems people rely on every day. For more than 15 years, her work has spanned public sector environments, including service as CIO for the Oklahoma State Department of Education, where she focused on strengthening security while modernizing services for communities across the state. Today, Carrie helps SHI customers navigate their Microsoft ecosystem with confidence, aligning technology investments with security, compliance, and business outcomes.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Assurance and Digital Forensics from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology and is a co-founder of BSides Oklahoma, a community-built cybersecurity conference centered on learning, sharing knowledge, and lifting others up.
