About Chris
Chris Frank is the Information Technology Director for the Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) located on the Olympic Peninsula in WA. Chris has been very active in and around the Quinault Indian Nation his whole life, serving on various committees pertaining to QIN Department of Natural Resources in the last 5 years. Leading up to being hired full-time as the IT Director, Chris spearheaded getting NAGFA (Fish & Game Application) for the Quinault Department of Natural Resources and helped onboard a Mobile App in the realm of QIN ocean fisheries. Prior to working directly for the Quinault Indian Nation, Chris worked in IT/InfoSec at a Private Investment Firm in SW Washington for ~6 years. Prior to making the change to Financial IT/InfoSec, Chris wore many different hats within IT/InfoSec Healthcare for ~7 years. Chris is a graduate of Washington State University (Go Cougs!) where he earned his BA in Digital Technology and Culture (DTC) with a Concentration in Information Systems and a Minor in Management Information Systems (MIS). Chris enjoys staying busy, but he thoroughly enjoys fishing, hunting, and razor clam digging with his family as often as time permits.
