Conrad Granito is currently the General Manager of the Nisqually Red Wind Casino. (04/2022-Present). Nisqually Red Wind Casino is a leader in the Washington and greater Olympia gaming market and the go-to spot for gaming, dining and fun. Prior to that he was the General Manager of the Muckleshoot Casino (06/2014-08/2021) located in Auburn, WA where he provided vision and leadership to take “the biggest and best in the Northwest” to the next level of sustainability and profitability. He led and directed the renovation and expansion of the property which included a 400 room 18 story hotel with over 55 suites, spa and roof top restaurant; 2500 seat event center; additional gaming space adding 500 positions; creation of the Asian gaming “Dragon Room”; as well as a refresh of the property and current F&B offerings. Prior he worked as the General Manager of the Coushatta Casino Resort (08/2008-06/2014) located in Kinder, LA. During his five and half years there he was the leading force in adding 400 rooms to the property as well as major remodel and renovations. Furthermore, he served as the Tamaya Enterprise Ins. Board’s (TEI) General Manager of the Santa Ana Star Casino (06/2003-08/2008) located in Bernalillo, NM. He was instrumental in assisting the Santa Ana Pueblo in refinancing outstanding debt twice and returned profitability to the gaming operation which enabled the Tribe and its business entities to provide for needed Tribal services. He has also worked directly as the General Manger for the Southern Ute Tribe and the Pueblo of Isleta. While at Isleta he assisted in negotiating the initial and subsequent gaming compacts for the NM Tribes and the State of NM. He started his gaming career with the Sycuan Band of Mission Indians and developed and assisted the growth of the gaming operation from a bingo hall to a casino leader in the San Diego area. He is an Indian Gaming Veteran with over 30 years of experience and dedication in supporting, assisting and developing strong economic development in Indian Country.
