Daniel Fletcher

Daniel Fletcher is the Information Technology Director for the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, where he leads enterprise IT strategy supporting tribal government operations. His work focuses on secure infrastructure, modernization, and dependable service delivery aligned with organizational and community priorities.

Daniel’s technology leadership spans both tribal gaming and government environments. Earlier in his career, he worked extensively on the casino side for Graton Resort & Casino and played a critical role in the successful opening of the casino, supporting foundational IT systems and operational readiness. This experience provided him with a strong understanding of high availability systems, regulatory requirements, and enterprise scale operations.

For the past four years, Daniel has worked closely with the tribal government side, supporting administrative, council, and departmental technology needs. He has recently assumed full responsibility for government IT operations, overseeing systems, cybersecurity, data platforms, and vendor partnerships that support essential tribal services.
