Debbie Baker serves as Manager of the Business Systems Analysis team for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, where she leads a team of analysts supporting enterprise technology initiatives across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience spanning financial analysis, business systems implementation, and organizational transformation, Debbie specializes in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with stakeholders, project teams, and executive leaders to deliver complex technology initiatives, improve business processes, and drive organizational change.
