Doug Kitch

Doug has worked as a financial consultant for rural telecommunications and broadband carriers since 1991. His key focus areas include federal and state regulatory involvement, including considerable advocacy experience; universal service; jurisdictional cost separations; financial forecasting; solution-oriented strategic planning; and rate of return regulation.
Doug also assists and advocates for improved telecommunications policies for Tribal nations and carriers serving those areas. He’s highly adept in this area, having spent most of his career navigating the complexities of Tribal telecommunications policies.
