Douglas Paget

Douglas Paget is an enrolled Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation citizen, a community connected to the greater Anishinaabe Nation comprising over 200,000 citizens spanning over 150 communities in the Great Lakes region of Canada and the United States. Doug is a passionate advocate for Indigenous people serving for years on the Board of Directors for the Niagara Regional Native Center; an Urban Indigenous Human Services organization serving 15,000 community members. Doug is based in the Great Lakes Region of Niagara and has worked for over 18 years managing thousands of diverse digital transformation projects spanning ICT, Cybersecurity, and Software across critical functions such as Finance, operations, and Information Technology. Doug is a Senior Account Executive and the Indigenous Team Leader with EUNA Solutions, focusing on fueling digital grants management and budgeting transformation for Tribal and First Nations. In what is known by his people as Turtle Island, also known as “North America.” Doug’s sole focus is to provide innovative solutions that enhance the performance of Indigenous professionals who directly impact the prosperity and growth of the communities they serve today and for future generations to come.
