I’m the first Director of Workforce Planning at Sycuan, where I bring a collaborative, data-driven mindset to a rapidly evolving team. I recently built a labor-forecasting model for one of our restaurants, using actual volume data to reliably staff the right number of people at the right times. Currently, I’m partnering with our FP&A team to redesign the payroll budgeting process—streamlining workflows and improving forecast accuracy. I work closely with operations and HR to identify process improvements and implement tools—from HRIS systems to financial planning software—that help the business run smarter.
