With 13 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems management, and project leadership, I specialize in aligning resources, developing processes, and delivering solutions that drive operational excellence.

My role involves overseeing large-scale and long-range IT projects, developing project scopes and work plans, coordinating with vendors and department leaders, and ensuring systems upgrades and maintenance are scheduled and executed efficiently. I am committed to maintaining robust network security, optimizing system performance, and supporting compliance with internal control standards.

Previously, I have managed and led IT teams in both civilian and military settings, including roles as Associate Systems Engineer, IT Manager, and Network Team Lead.
