Luke Freeman

Luke Freeman is a trusted advisor to tribal governments, enterprises, and executive leaders across the country. As Managing Director at Purpose & Performance Group, Luke brings over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through transformation by aligning leadership strategy with culture and purpose. He has partnered with tribal nations and tribally owned businesses to deliver leadership academies, facilitate strategic planning, and develop systems for sustainable talent development. Luke is particularly passionate about supporting economic development, tribal sovereignty, and capacity building through human-centered strategy. His work is informed by leadership roles in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, including 15 years focused on rural community development. He earned his master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma.
