Michelle Boyd leads Synozur's First Nations AI & Digital Futures Practice and serves as Head of Delivery Excellence. She brings extensive experience helping organizations move from strategy to successful execution through strong program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management. 

Michelle works closely with Indigenous and tribal organizations to ensure AI initiatives are community-centered, achievable, and designed for long-term success. She is passionate about helping organizations create practical implementation plans that translate ideas into measurable outcomes.
