Mikaela Pattison

With years of hands-on event planning and management experience, and a passion for networking, I’m excited to bring connection and hospitality to every TribalHub event. Prior to TribalHub, I’ve been in event roles on both the client-facing side as well as the site and venue side. What I love most about my job is seeing the growth in this industry and how impactful collaboration can be! I thoroughly enjoy watching communities come together--whether it’s sparking conversations, sharing knowledge, or creating spaces where relationships can grow beyond our events. My work days are filled with the opportunity to create memorable events and my attention to detail and “can do” attitude help strengthen and grow our business and milestones. My previous experiences have helped shape my relationship building, communication, and leadership skills tremendously. Outside of the office, you can find me outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, or traveling! I also love action thriller movies, live music, and watching a variety of sports. Go Blue!
