Neile Vance

Neile Vance serves as the Director of Organizational Change Management for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, where she has successfully built a new change team within the IT Transformation Management group. In her role, she supports a variety of key initiatives across the organization, including Oracle modules, the Epic project for Health Services, commerce and gaming applications, and the tribal member portal, Chahta Achvffa.

With a master’s degree in management and leadership, Neile brings a strong educational foundation to her role. She is also a certified change practitioner through both Prosci and Kotter, showcasing her expertise in leading organizational transformation.

A proud tribal member, Neile is passionate about faith, family, and culture—values that align with the core principles of the Choctaw Nation. Outside of work, she enjoys life in the country with her husband and three children, embracing the peace and beauty of rural living.
