Paul Harney

Paul R. Harney is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the field, including 25 years within Northern California's casino industry. He joined Red Hawk Resort & Casino in 2011 as an Engineer and was promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2017.

Paul's prior experience includes designing and building the IT infrastructure for Cache Creek Casino Resort, as well as leading the redesign and rebuild of server and storage infrastructure at Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

As Director of Information Technology at Red Hawk Resort & Casino, Paul leads a team of skilled IT professionals, overseeing technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and innovation. He oversees the best-in-class security frameworks, integrates cloud and on premise solutions, and drives operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology.

Paul is a Certified Scrum Master and holds multiple certifications across various systems, including Microsoft, Dell, and NetApp and many others.
