Perla Sicard

Perla Sicard is an FBI senior Intelligence Analyst with over 15 years of diverse service. Mrs. Sicard holds extensive tactical and strategic experience developing analytic assessments related to national security, transnational crime, and cyber-criminal matters. She served as the FBI Intelligence Advisor to US Southern Command and is an FBI certified adjunct faculty instructor.

Mrs. Sicard is the recipient of several prestigious awards to include FBI Miami Intelligence Professional of the Year, multiple FBI Exceptional Performance awards, and a DOJ Exceptional Performance award. A distinguished professional with a BS in Criminal Justice Administration and an MBA in Business Intelligence and Analytics. She has been recognized by the intelligence community, US and foreign law enforcement entities, and private sector partners for enhancing partnerships through strategic engagement efforts and intelligence exchange. Her academic background and practical expertise enable her to bridge security operations with data-driven insights, creating innovative solutions in complex environments.
