After serving seven years in the U.S. Air Force, Richard transitioned into IT, leveraging his technical skills to start a career in technical support at The Regent Las Vegas casino in Las Vegas. His strong work ethic and expertise in technology led him to a position at Pechanga Entertainment Center, now known as Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA, where he has worked for nearly 24 years. Starting in a technical support role, Richard's leadership abilities and technical acumen helped him rise through the ranks. He has served as Director of IT since 2008, overseeing IT operations, critical infrastructure and systems for the organization.
