Ricky Boyd

Ricky is a Senior Security Consulting Architect at WWT. He is the lead for Quantum and PQC

Solutions, specializing in legacy, hybrid, composite, and PQ encryption. Assisting global clients

in migrations, understanding risk, and delivering automation to provide crypto agility. He works

with the large PKI providers, networking, and security companies. He is also a former US Air

Force NSA Crypto Engineer.

Ricky has over 30 years of experience designing, managing, testing, and supporting large

enterprise switched/routed/secure networks. Over 25 years of experience working in data

centers and enterprise security solutions and experience in a wide variety of topologies (Layer

2/3), protocols, and networking theories while holding a current CCIE and Palo Alto PCNSE

Certifications.

His specialties include Network and Security Design, Data Centers (Nexus), Security (Cisco,

NESSUS, and Palo Alto), Threat Automation, Zero Trust, NIST800-53/171/207, CSfC,

Quantum theories, NIST PQC, PKI, and general cipher suites, Storage, WAAS, and PfR/OER.
