About Robert
Robert is the Director of Information Technology for Blue Lake Rancheria, where he oversees the strategic direction and daily deployment of technology across the Tribe’s
government divisions and economic enterprises. In addition, he plays a key role at Tektet, a tribally-owned technology firm, where he manages external client support and leads the development of software, hardware, and online systems aimed at enhancing guest experiences. Robert also represents Blue Lake Rancheria as a member of the FCC's
Native Nations Communications Task Force.
His early career includes serving as an Executive Engineer in the defense industry, where he developed cutting-edge systems and integrated emerging technologies into commercially viable products. Before that, he worked as a Software Engineer in the healthcare sector.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Science from The Queen’s University of Belfast.
