Roderick Thomas

Roderick Thomas is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading information technology strategy, operations, product management, and digital transformation initiatives across the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries. He currently serves as Vice President of Product Management at Light & Wonder, a global leader in gaming technology, where he is responsible for the strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market execution of the company's enterprise casino systems portfolio.

Prior to joining Light & Wonder, Roderick served as President of House Advantage, where he had full executive responsibility for product strategy, technology, operations, and vendor management. During his tenure, he led the acquisition of eTouchMenu, expanding the company's presence into adjacent markets and broadening its technology offerings. Under his leadership, House Advantage was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies, earning a ranking of No. 1,453.

Previously, Roderick served as Senior Vice President of Technical Services at House Advantage, where he scaled the organization's technology capabilities to support rapid growth and increasing customer demand. His leadership helped strengthen the company's operational foundation and positioned it for continued expansion.

Earlier in his career, Roderick held several senior IT leadership roles within Penn National Gaming, including Director of Application Development and IT Business Strategy Leader, as well as property-level Director of Information Technology positions at Hollywood Casino and Isle of Capri Casino in Vicksburg. Throughout these roles, he developed extensive expertise in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, IT risk management, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, mergers and acquisitions integration, and vendor and budget management within highly regulated gaming environments.

Roderick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alvernia University and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
