Xavier Grace is a Customer Engagement Manager at Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), where he partners with casino and resort operators to maximize the value of their technology investments and elevate the guest experience. He brings more than a decade of gaming industry experience, including five years in Casino Marketing as a Casino Host with MGM Resorts at ARIA Resort & Casino and Park MGM, followed by five years managing strategic customer accounts at Aristocrat Technologies. Combining firsthand operational expertise with deep technology knowledge, Xavier helps operators leverage data, connected systems, and best practices to drive guest engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term loyalty. A Las Vegas native, he is passionate about building strong client relationships and advancing innovation across the gaming and hospitality industry. Outside of work, Xavier enjoys basketball, boxing, traveling, and listening to thought-provoking podcasts.
