Cocktail Hour Sponsor (Exclusive Opportunity)
The Cocktail Hour Sponsorship offers all the benefits of the Partner Sponsorship level, plus the opportunity to be the exclusive Cocktail Hour host.
In addition to two complimentary registrations, logo recognition on the event website and welcome signage, social media promotion, attendee contact information (for those who have not opted out), and inclusion in attendee materials, your company will receive exclusive branding and recognition as the Cocktail Hour host. You'll also have a dedicated high-top networking table throughout the event and a 5-minute presentation during the Day 1 Lunch & Learn to introduce your company, team, and solutions to attendees.
Only one Cocktail Hour Sponsorship is available per Regional Forum.
Planning to attend multiple Regional Forums? Vendors who sponsor four or more Regional Forums will receive a customized recap video highlighting their involvement across the series, showcasing their engagement with the TribalHub community and providing a valuable marketing asset to use long after the events conclude.
Not all event dates and locations have been finalized yet. However, all seven Regional Forums will take place between April and May, with the Michigan Regional Forum currently anticipated to be held in June. To help you secure your sponsorship now, we have added the following provision:

- Sponsors who purchase a TribalHub Regional Forum Sponsorship before the event's date and location are publicly announced will receive written notification as soon as those details are confirmed. Upon receiving that notification, the sponsoring company will have 30 days to request a full refund if the announced date or location is not acceptable. If no refund request is received within that 30-day period, the standard Terms & Conditions will apply.
Please note that sponsorship registrations submitted by non-members before September 1 will not be accepted. If you submit a request before you are eligible, it will be declined, and you will need to resubmit your sponsorship registration beginning September 1.
