Chris Lovatt

Extensively experienced senior IT manager with strategic and operational management of multi-million dollar IT budgets and a wide experience of applications, infrastructure and information security. I previously worked for HM Customs and Excise (covering VAT audit, excise and customs, and latterly IT), the City of Liverpool (managing three IT teams of 27 staff), and the City and County of Bristol in the UK (responsible for six IT teams with over one hundred staff). 

As IT Infrastructure Manager I have worked for TOGE since 2010, managing the Data and Voice networks, and Systems teams. In addition, I initiated, developed and currently manage the Information Security team. I have been responsible for the IT Infrastructure build for three new casinos in the Phoenix area. The total Infrastructure team has grown from three individuals in 2010 to a team in excess of fifteen, with an outsourced 24x7x365 Security Operations Center.
