Greg Pitts

 Greg Pitts is the Director of Information Security at Cache Creek Casino Resort, where he leads the development and execution of enterprise security strategy for one of Northern California’s premier gaming and hospitality organizations. His career began at the Sac & Fox Casino in Kansas, and over the past 22 years he has built deep expertise across domestic and international casino and hospitality operations.

Greg’s professional background spans product management, IT service management, and information security, giving him a uniquely holistic perspective on how technology, operations, and security intersect in high‑availability environments. His leadership approach emphasizes pragmatic best practices, operational maturity, and continuous improvement.

Greg has contributed to multiple industry events, including the 4th, 5th, and 6th Annual TribalHub Cybersecurity Summits and the Northern California Regional Tribal Technology Forum. He is active in the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), supporting professional growth within the security community. Greg also mentors aspiring CISSP candidates and holds the ISC2 CISSP certification himself.
