Justin Raisor

Justin Raisor is a Public Sector technology leader with more than 10 years of experience supporting Federal agencies, Native American Tribes, Tribal gaming organizations, and Tribal enterprises across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data modernization initiatives. As the Federal Founder at DevRev, he works with organizations to responsibly adopt AI technologies that improve operations, citizen services, and user experiences while maintaining trust and data sovereignty.

Prior to DevRev, Justin held public sector roles at Domino Data Lab, Vectra AI, and Nutanix, helping Tribal and Federal organizations modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and accelerate innovation. He is passionate about helping Tribal communities navigate emerging technologies in ways that align with their long-term goals, governance, and sovereignty.
