I lead large, multidisciplinary engineering and enterprise services organizations and advise senior executives on technology strategy, platform modernization, data, and AI adoption. My work spans the public sector, tribal government, global manufacturing, and military environments where the stakes are high, timelines are compressed, and ambiguity is constant.  Leaders bring me in when alignment is unclear, risk is rising, and execution matters. I help them clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, and move forward with confidence.
