Peter Zaffina

Peter Zaffina is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in both civilian and military sectors. He currently serves as the Director of IT Enterprise Services Engineering for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, where he leads teams in delivering enterprise technology solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes. He recently retired from the U.S. Army Reserve, where his career included service as a Brigade Signal Officer and as a Senior Military Advisor in Afghanistan.

Throughout his career, Peter has held leadership roles in IT, data analytics, and quality management, with expertise in process improvement, Six Sigma methodologies, and project management. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he has driven initiatives that integrate technology, data, and operations to create measurable impact.

Peter earned his MBA from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Military Arts & Science from West Point, with a concentration in Nuclear Engineering. He is passionate about connecting developers with domain experts to design innovative systems that empower front-line workers.
