Scott Kibbey

Scott Kibbey is a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent (SA) assigned to the FBI Oklahoma City – Tulsa Resident Agency to investigate computer intrusions and various cybercrime. SA Kibbey started his FBI career in 2011 as a cyber agent assigned to the FBI San Antonio – Austin Resident Agency.  SA Kibbey’s investigative experience spans from Internet fraud to complex criminal hackers to nation-state cyber threats. SA Kibbey strives to engage in outreach efforts with local companies, organizations, and local/state agencies to collaborate and share cybersecurity threat intelligence.
