Shannon Ramon

Hello everyone, my name is Shannon Ramon, I am the Director of Information Technology for the Tohono O'odham Nation, bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. My journey began as a high school intern, and through dedication and continuous growth, I’ve advanced to leading our Nation’s IT department.

In my current role, I oversee the delivery of IT services and support for over 1,800 users across a wide range of departments and programs. I am proud to lead a team that provides reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions, often in areas with limited infrastructure, remote access challenges, and evolving community needs.

As a strategic IT leader, I am committed to improving internal processes, identifying forward-thinking solutions, and aligning technology initiatives with the long-term goals of our Tribal government. I also serve as a trusted advisor to Executive leadership and program managers, offering guidance that supports operational success and digital transformation.
