Toni Pepper is currently the CEO/Founder of Pepper Consulting, LLC, where she leverages her vast experience in the gaming and hospitality industry to drive positive change in information technology and security.
Toni is a strong leader and business partner with a demonstrated track record of managing enterprise IT strategy, operations, and projects for large organizations, including one of the largest tribal casinos in the country.
Toni earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, and her Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. She also earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. During her free time, Toni enjoys reading, golfing, snorkeling, and traveling with her family.
