Self Awareness
IT leaders must navigate across the organization, balancing interactions with both technical staff and executive leadership, where success relies as much on self-awareness as it does on technical expertise. How you see yourself—and how others see you—directly influences your ability to build trust, gain influence, and drive organizational impact. In this session, participants will review their self-assessment results, explore their Cloverleaf profile, and engage in a DISC-based discussion to better understand their strengths, communication style, and blind spots. By recognizing how their style shapes relationships across all levels of the organization, leaders will identify practical steps to become better understood, more adaptable, and ultimately more influential. |
