Sessions

Agenda

Self Awareness

IT leaders must navigate across the organization, balancing interactions with both technical staff and executive leadership, where success relies as much on self-awareness as it does on technical expertise. How you see yourself—and how others see you—directly influences your ability to build trust, gain influence, and drive organizational impact. In this session, participants will review their self-assessment results, explore their Cloverleaf profile, and engage in a DISC-based discussion to better understand their strengths, communication style, and blind spots. By recognizing how their style shapes relationships across all levels of the organization, leaders will identify practical steps to become better understood, more adaptable, and ultimately more influential.

Point Leadership Assessment

"Understand How IT Is Perceived Across the Organization
As an IT leader, your ability to drive change depends on how well others trust, understand, and value your contributions. How do your key stakeholders view the IT function? Are you seen as a strategic partner or a support provider? What gaps exist between your intentions and their expectations—and how can you strengthen those relationships to enable shared success?
CIO Business Vision Diagnostic
This tool helps you gather honest feedback from business stakeholders about IT's performance, alignment to organizational goals, and ability to support strategic priorities. You’ll gain insight into where communication, trust, or vision may be misaligned—and use this awareness to elevate your influence and reshape how IT contributes to Tribal Nation and enterprise outcomes.

Gain Clarity on Where You Stand as a Leader of IT Operations
You can’t improve what you can’t see. Do you have visibility into the strengths and limitations of your current IT operations? Where are your governance practices solid—and where are they holding you back? What capabilities need to mature for you to lead with greater confidence, efficiency, and credibility?
IT Management & Governance Diagnostic
This diagnostic provides a structured self-assessment of your IT department's operational health—benchmarking your processes, planning practices, and governance maturity against industry best practices. It reveals areas where you excel and surfaces opportunities to refine your leadership, strengthen your processes, and better align with Tribal priorities. Most importantly, it helps you see how your current environment supports—or limits—your ability to lead effectively."
