Bill Barkovic

Bill Barkovic joined Business Operational Concepts (BOC) as Vice President of Sales, where he helps customers navigate Microsoft agreement options to maximize value from their technology investments. Before joining BOC, Bill spent more than 14 years at Microsoft, working closely with Native American Tribal entities to deliver strategic technology solutions that support and preserve Tribal Sovereignty, as well as a wide range of Federal Civilian and National Security customers. Bill is widely recognized for expertise in Microsoft licensing and agreement vehicles, Modern Workplace technologies, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, and artificial intelligence solutions.

Earlier in his career, Bill worked as an Engineer for a government contractor, leading the design and implementation of wide area networks (WANs), local area networks (LANs), and Continuity of Operations/Disaster Recovery (COOP/DR) environments. His extensive technical background also includes fiber and cable infrastructure, SAN and NAS storage systems, backup and recovery solutions, network security, and identity automation.

With more than 27 years of experience in information technology, Bill has successfully supported a broad range of commercial, government, and tribal organizations across diverse technology disciplines.
